Amber absolutely loves Zombie movies (all movies really)and old vintage pin ups. She got a new tattoo last night from a special female tattoo artist named Rachel Gilbert. This tattoo is about 5x7 and it came out FANTASTIC as you can see! The colors, and detail are beyond striking and Amber loves it. Right down to the lace on the bodice, veining, and the How to Prepare Brains cook book......it is perfect! This is one rockin' zombie pin up!!!!!!! :0)

What a cute face........hehehe. This is my great Niece Emberli.
My brother's boy Ben and his wife Jozie's little angel! I got to see her last night before they flew back to NY where Ben is stationed serving in the Navy! She is a real sweetie pie, wonderful personality and a good bubble blower :0)
Those are some baby blues wouldn't you agree? My Dad is holding her I got plenty of time to hold her too. Wheeeeeeeeee! She smiles a lot, I just did not catch that with the camera!

I joined a swap where we need to make 2 x2 tiles of clay(or another medium), total of 16 to swap out, 2 of each ---different kinds. So these are the tiles I made! The clay was not being cooperative, but I managed to get them done. I did rubber stamp the clay to get texture and I added some paint color, diamond glaze, microbeads, gold flakes etc. After I was done, Earl and Amber used the left over clay to make monster there.

Funny stuff!!!!!!! When I get the other tiles from the swap, I will share those. Have a wonderful Sunday!

My good fabric buddy Laura and I took a duffle bag class yesterday with Wendy Rieves in Racine. It was a super fun class! Everyone's bags were different as we all brought our own fabrics and made a pocket. It draw strings at the sides and has a big zipper (I put in a zipper safely and it works.....wow)at the top. It can store lots of stuff to be taken where ever! I want to make another. Some of the ladies has formal looking fabric, some country etc. The bags could have any feel to them, mine is monsterish. I went for crazy fun!!!!!!!!! I do love it! Great class and as always, good to be with Laura working on a project or just eating Taco Bell! Hehehehe!

It has been a while since I share a picture of our silly nutball puppy Rufio! He is now a year and 5 months old and look how handsome he is! He has matured......see his face.....the top picture is his puppy shot and the one below taken just a couple of days ago! He is so funny, he likes to hide under the blankets and let the threads be his dreads! :0)
Anyways, as Amber would say,..."we love him long time".

I have not posted in a while! Winter has been busy, with work, family and other things that have kept me from my artwork. But, today, for the SECOND time this winter......there have been ANGELS in the Park! To me, this is magical. Can you imagine, some talented person....has gone and made some angels from snow for all to see and enjoy! I just find this to be uplifting!!!

I thank whoever did this......and wanted to share what it looks like. There were MORE angels the last time, we had a ton of snow, this last snowfall was just a few inches, but that was enough to showcase this person/persons talents! How fun!
Enjoy the white angels in the parkway!!!!!!!

Here is my inspiration for this years pumpkin! RUFIO.......hehehe. I carved him for Halloween! BOO ----ROOF----RUFIOOOOOOOOOOO!

We attended a fun Halloween partayyyyyyy last night, and here are some of the costumes!
Nadya, OctoMom(hilarious), Tim was a yellow chicken, I was a Chicago Style Hot dog, and Earl, the personal trainer. There were some Swine Flu viruses, that I did not get a picture of, they were in pink t-shirts(that said H1N1) with pink wings, pink pig noses AND they were walking around with a tray of jello SHOTS. Funny!

The food layout is always beautiful at Tim and Cathy's, with carved pumpkins and their collection of beautiful and scary Halloween decorations that they have accumulated over the years!

Looks delish right?

Caesar stayed in costume all night.....and it was 40 outside, that is the bon fire his toes are in! Good job Joel!

Cathy(retired Hooters gal) and her folks, Mom, Penguin and Dad the Sheik. Hehehe!

Fun times!
