Please scroll down and see all the pictures. This is our chipmunk resting in the heat. My new garden next to the fence, and more flower pictures below.

I have to share some pictures of our Green Ash tree coming down! AND, some of the beautiful hollyhocks that I have in bloom right now! Enjoy. I am hoping for some relief from the HEAT, so there rest of the grass and flowers will not be burnt! :)

This was my weekend project for Martino's! I wanted it to be a surprise. It is the LADIES BATHROOM. Earl came with me and we painted fun new colors(sky blue and yellow) first on July 3rd and then today, the 4th, we went back and did the fun veggies. ALL the condiments that make a Chicago Style Hotdog. We also made the mini ELEMENTS to create the best tasting flavor explosion. It is great fun and I think the ladies will appreciate the whimsical fun of it and it brightens the day. Of course, I USE the ladies room so I will get to see it every day! :) Without Earl, I never would have got it done! Wheeeeeee! Thanks honey!

Amber has taken on an internship at the Waukesha Freeman newspaper! She started June 1st, and is learning lots and having an exciting first week.

She has already written two stories and it is very thrilling to see her name in print!
Here is a little view of her article and then a close up.....of her name in lights!

I know, it is a Mom thing to find this really neat! But I am entitled right?? :0)

This is the HAPPY ENDING to our baby birds.

Watch the nest go from 3 to 2 to 1 to 0 babies and now they are out and about into the world. They landed in the back yard and Momma was still coming to watch over them, and yes even feed them a bit more. Aren't they the sweetest things. I have to say that I am thankful for the rain we have had. I think that kept the cats and other critters away and gave the babies a safer start. This was a joy to see.

Remember you can click on the pictures to make them bigger and you can go down a few more posts to see the eggs and other photos of the babies with no feathers. Hehehehe! Hurray, success!!!!!!!!!!

More baby pictures! First, the Robin's nest, see how they are growing! All the beaks are pointing sort of towards the left. Their heads are all pointing that way and they are getting some feather sheaths now. Ooooooooo, so cute!
AND THIS sweet little yellow baby bird landed on our sidewalk. I was able to get close to it to get the shot. Isn't it ADORABLE! Happy birds.......:)

OUR BABY has graduated from the University of WI Milwaukee! Today was the ceremony down town at the US Cellular Arena! Please enjoy a TON of pictures I took. Hehehe, why not right? Also, Amber, Earl and I went to brunch with my parents, Amber's Grandma and Grandpa and it was super nice. It was beautiful outside, with the sunshine and we got some pictures at the Botanic Garden area.

The little neighbor doggie, Dora, came over to wish Amber a happy graduation and say Hi to Rufio. So there are a good mix of pictures from the day! We're so proud of her and I decorated her Graduation hat with a quote that expresses her major; Print Journalism. There were not a lot of decorated hats, so that helped us keep track of where she was in the mix of kids there. There were two ceremonies and hers was in the early morning. It went LATE , but we had great fun watching them all! Thanks for looking!!!!!!
